Best supplement for joints and ligaments (glucosamine)?
I'm considering taking glucosamine as I've noticed that my joints and ligaments have been getting more sore over the years after each workout. Does glucosamine actually help? A good choice? And are there better working supplements?

I'd say glucosamine helps 50%...don't expect miracles from it, but it does help.

Dude, I did not say to take that entire list. Relax... I was giving you options. And yes, if you had knowledge of peptides, you'd know all the purposes they serve. Long R3 IGF-1 can be injected under the tendon sheaths to help speed recovery from tendon tears or chronic tendonitis. The anabolic properties can also complement the activities of many other joint-recovery compounds.
If you want something simple, use Cissus-Primaforce. Glad to have helped...

Well yes. I am undereducated regarding peptides. But I know enough about longr3-igf-1 that it's overkill (and expensive) for my purposes.
I'll read up more on Cissus and other things. It's just that my joint and ligament aches are more a nuiscance than a big problem.
Thanks anyway.
