How does this stack look
Muscle tech - naNO vapor (honestly never been a fan of muscle tech but this really works!)
Creatine Monohydrate - just starting it not sure if i should do a loading phase, usually i just take one scoop after my workout with apple juice.
L-Arginine one teaspoon before bed with water
Trump Multi-vitamins with breakfast
Vitamin B-100 with meal after workout

not sure about your dose mate. A teaspoon? How many grams is that? I've read an optimal dose is 7 to 10 grams on an empty stomach before bed will trigger the effect you are craving. Since arginine is some nasty stuff that can make you nauseaus, I continuously cut it back until finally at only 2 grams, then I 86'd it entirely. But I'm 48, and probably too old anyways. I hope you are fully grown, and at least 21 or 22, otherwise there could be some sides you may not expect or want.
Have you read about GABA? it too is a known secretague triggering the release of HGH. Search on GABA either here or on the net. You can also try Wiki for some good info. Let us know what you find out.
