Need 150g+ simple carbs PWO, what to take??
Whats an easy supplement powder or drink to take to get to 150-200g of SIMPLE carbs post work out?? Isnt Waxy Maize complex carbs? Dextrose? Or would I be going through a sh*t load of dextrose at that rate? Any company make a RTD that would be close? (gonna be starting insulin soon, hence the need in drastic jump)

You may not even need that much glucose though bro. I know 85-100 working fantastic for some.

Gotcha... just wanna be ready just in case ya know! Ill prob start with a high dose gram of simple carbs and slowly work my way down to where I need to be/ can handle like you say. I was just told 100g to start plus 10g for every IU. That seemed very high to me anyways. Thanks man.
