    My list of supps is it enough? ( don't do massive weights more crosstraining)

    Multi vit, fish oil, magnesium drink and b12 spray under tongue.( thats everymorning)
    Pre workout- creatine/carb drink mix in also is jackd.
    During session- h2o
    After work out- protein shake,
    I'm shore you guys have alot more but am I heading in the right direction?

    sure, I know the guys have a Lot to advise here, but I take some like that for me:
    Multi vit, fish oil, b12, cla, melt down, vitamin C 5000 (cortisol), evening Primrose oil (liver)
    1 hour before work out: 50 gr protein with plasmajet, 1 vitamim C
    30 min before work out: superpump max (jack is fine) 1 scoop vitargo S2 (70gr carbs) lot energy
    during work out: 1 scoop vitargo + 1 scoop sizeone
    pos work out: 2 scoop whey protein + 1 scoop glutamine 5000 + 5 caps of creatine + 1 vitamin c

    I need a list on the basic supps to be taking . .ill be in the AR competition so it would help me ouot a bit

    BCAA's are a must as well. The more the better, preferably while you are training or right before or after.

    I generally just take protein, creatine, and a multivitamin

    BCAAs! Zinc is also good. Ashwagandha and Stinging Nettle has done well for me. I can't say enough about Beta Alanine. Forget those pre-workout drinks - I like to mix Xtend with Beta Alanine, glutamine and caffeine in some Crystal Lite.

    Like others stated, BCAA's should be the staple of your supplement lineup.
