    gold standard preload creatine?

so, always took it post workout but recently picked up preload (on accident).

anyway, what are the benefits of preload vs post? also, are there any differences at all? nothing i found when reading about it.

i usually just take 5G's post workout which will now be switched to pre workout.

mate, I'll tell ya what. I've been taking the stuff longer than I care to admit, and I just take in the morning. So I guess that makes it pre workout. It wouldn't really matter to me if it were pre or post. ya aint gonna burn it up in a routine.

and no, I'll answer the question before anyone asks, ya don't have to cycle it either. Ya get the stuff outta raw red meat, and your levels are either up, or they aint.

    This aint complicated.

def. would never cycle, was more so wondering since its "pre-load" if it has to be taken a half hour to 45 mins before the gym, or can I just take it in the morning as you mentioned.

id prefer to take it in the morning.

Creatine is a saturation type of product
    -take 5 grams per day
-your cells will be saturated with all the creatine that they'll take in
-if you keep taking it they'll stay that way
    - it doesn't matter when you take it.

^ yes. Saturation type of product. In reality, there is a loading phase lasting 2 weeks, and then a maintenance phase lasting forever. the loading phase just gets you saturated a little faster. you can easily skip the loading phase. 5 grams/day sounds about right.
