    Does 5-HTP cause a stuffy nose?

    I started taking 5-HTP a few days ago and now my nose is all stuffed up. I don't know if it's from the supplement or not. I don't feel like I have a head cold or anything I just can't breathe out of my nose. I did some research online but couldn't find anything.

    any help is greatly appreciated.
