Looking for an experienced lifter's opinion
I am getting back into weight lifting and I am no where near ready to try AAS's, I was doing some research and read that all you need when you start lifting is a great diet and certain supplements. I was wondering if anyone thinks these following supplements are a good choice for me. Before I get into other supplementation like NO2, etc....

Beverly Int. EFA Gold
AST Micronized Creatine
Controlled Labs Orange Triad
