    Where do you buy your supplements

    Im trying to buy some ON stuff from there website but i cant because the wont ship to APO. i bought some things on GNC but they dont have all the things im looking for

    Opti-men
    Opti-women
    Fitness Fiber

    Why are you taking opti-women? jk I also use GNC but I`m in Canada and usually find everything I need.

    GNC is not going to carry Opti-Men or Opti-women. They carry their own brand of multi's, however they will carry other companies individual vitamins. They may have Fitness Fiber on their website, yet again they have their own fiber blend as well.

    Yeah i looked on GNC just a little bit. but i just bought it on amazon and had it sent to my mom. it sucks being in iraq haha take a long time to get mail

    There are much better multi vitamin products out there in terms of quality-price ratio, just beware.

    I use Synthetek for all my supplement needs. Creatine,,glutamine,,liver protectant..etc. I love their whey isolate.

    fitnessfirstusa.com ships to APO and FPO addresses and has pretty competitive prices. I used them for several deployments
