Noob probablly got scammed....
Well, im new here.. After a bunch of years off due to some health problems im back and looking to get huge. I have tried 1-ad in the past and that was it. Huge gains for me back then. Before I found this site I ordered a mass stack from a site names like this but with an "S" at the end. Im assuming I just bought some "suppliments" at best. Dammit! Will I see any gains from this stuff?

I just noticed that they are the same things available on this site under legal steroids . Same exact stuff for sale. Will this stuff work or am I shit outta luck? Even if they work a little I guess it would help me get over this hump. Thanks for listening to a noob that should have done more research admit what a dumbass he is..

I have read the noobie threads and if anyone has any advice for me on where to aquire knowledge, posts to read, etc. Please let me know.

What you bought isn't steroids , it's herbal garbage that won't do anything. You should have done more research before hand. The only read we have that banner is because websites aren't free. Diet and training are what are going to make you grow, not steroids - there is no magic pill. Throw whatever you bought in the garbage and head on over to the diet section to get your eating sorted out.

My diet and exercise are pretty good. Im looking to get over a hump, not an easy way to get bigger. I lift alot already, looking for better gains is all. Noob to the site not bodybuilding

Im 5'7 174, down from mid 180's. I was 205 before I got ulcerative colitis. I'm back after 5 years of fighting that am in remission. Diet is right about 2000 calories a day, with a daily workout and cardio. I don't know body fat but it's getting fairly low, but I want to lose
About 5 more lbs of fat, then get to around 195 lean.
Ive been remission about 6 months and have been back at the gym for 3 months. Muscle memory has been good but I'm starting to slow down. Looking to add alot of mass as I'm alot smaller than I was and I'm also alot older so things are alot slower (36 now). I can include

This site is great for feedback and real specific advice. Go to the diet section and post your exact diet: each meal, how much and what. If you make the effort to do that, some real knowledgeable people will take the time to break it down for you. Exactly what you need to change and why. Same w/ your workout regimen. Put a little work in and you will get a tremendous amount of help. I thought I knew a fair aMount when I got here. There is not one aspect of my program, diet, excersize, gear, sleep, and supplements, that I haven't changed drastically since I started to listen and learn here. Don't get stuck on the idea that you just need the right chemical. Get the rest in order first. Just one noob to another.

Thanks!! I'll do that. There is alot about my routine and diet that could be better. I feel I'm doing well, but I want to do even better. I'll do as you say, sounds like solid advice, thank you.
