Tip on picking your Fish Oil supps
Many companies seem to claim a pure product but appear to judge themselves on a relative scale making it hard for consumers to make informed choices.
Risks in buying fish oils from shitty supp companies-
Rancid oils- this happens more then you think.
Underdosed
PCBs
So how do you pick a supplement low in contaminants but high in long chain omega-3?
The University of Guelph in Canada has started the International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) program with the aim to test batches of omega-3 for quality and purity

I used gnc triple strength fish oil which has * 900 mg total omega-3 fatty acids. It was overall good the only thing is every once in awhile i got fishy burps which tasted awful but u learn to deal with it. I have now switched to flaxseed oil but i read it does not contain epa like fish oil does. Hope this helps.

I use one that they sell at Costco.I have been happy with it so far. I do get a couple of fish burps about 15 minutes after I take it but that is all.
