best supps b4 morning cardio to prevent muscle breakdown?

just wondering what would be the best suppies to have upon wake up b4 doing morning cardio, to help stop the breakdown of muscle tissue and how long should u wait b4 doin it after taking them?

i hear, amino acids, whey protein, coffee etc r all good as long as no carbs? can u take all 3 together? and any others that u can take?

10g BCAA's definitely most important. You can also add vit b6 and vit C if you feel like it.

Caffeine won't really help with with stopping the breakdown of muscle but can help 'loosen' the fat cells to aid fat loss. Particularly when adding beta alanin to the mix.

    I use - 10g BCAA, 200mg caffeine, 1g Vit C, 10mg vit b6, 5 g glutamine. But that's probably a bit of overkill.

BCAAs, Vitamins and whey protein. Since you're body turns to protein when your asleep its good idea to replenish what is lost over night as to stop the breakdown of muscle.

Xtend has BCAA and L-glutamine and Vitamin B. I believe there is like 7 or 8 grams of BCAA's in their suggested 2 scoops so you would need 3 scoops if you want 10 grams. They might have changed their formulation so I'm not sure. I'm using Optimum Nutrition BCAA because it came out way cheaper per serving than Xtend.
