I am a big fan of Muscle Milk. As best as I have been able to research, unbiased analysis have always shown that the label content holds true to what is in the bottle. Of notable interest, Muscle Milk contain whey, milk and casein isolates, as well as maltodextrin for aiding in digestion.
Additionally, I take Extended Release Elite XT by Dymatize Nutrition before bed, as it not only contains casein protein but also an additive that is formulated for an even slower release than just casein alone. In addition to that, E.R. Elite XT contains proteins derived from whey, milk, egg, soy, and a heap of other BCAA's and flax seed oil. This product also has received good reviews from non-sponsors. I'd like to add, though, that I rarely take protein shakes by themselves, and never use them as a stand-alone meal. The exception to this is that I sometimes take protein shakes by themselves just after a workout (but after restoring my glycogen levels first), and as stated above, I take the Elite XT by itself before bedtime to prevent fasting. Most often I take protein shakes in conjunction with meals that I feel do not contain the maximum amount of protein that my body can absorb at once, but when I have pungent gas or bowel movements immediately following a shake with a meal, I know that I've taken much more protein than my body can take at once.

I really like Isopure for my whey...but it's a bit pricey. I had to give up my costco membership b/c it just expired and I'll be moving in a few months....NO Costco's in Arkansas. Anyone every buy from Sam's Club????
For Casein I use ON.
