Is milk thristle really worth the money

From what i read in some studies it is better at helping treat conditions such as (FLD) fatty liver disease and stopping it from getting worse by helping protect the liver. Is this correct or should i go with liv52 or something else?

I bought some because its supposed to help clear your liver out. Milk thistle that is

it's cheap. and it's a preventative to protect the liver. "worth" is a relative term.

Its just a couple of pills extra a day....plus you can get a bottle for 5 bucks, why not take it???

i took it religiously when i ran 8 weeks of oral turanabol.......liver enzymes tested well after the cycle.......dont know if it was the milk thistle but i wouldnt run an oral again without it....

You need to do more research. Milk thistle coats the liver and less of the AAS is absorbed but it protects your liver.

Not sure what type of cycle the OP is doing but yes its well worth to take Milk Thistle and keep everything safe, you will still see great gains with the right diet and workout routine.

Yes it is worth it, my liver hurt when on var and the thistle made it go away, although the pain was still there when i stopped taking thistle, but after a couple of months the pain went away, ergo thistle = less liver pain.

i was on some meds that i had to go for blood work every 30 days to check my liver. Milk thistle did absolutly nothing to effect my values.
I switched to this product and my levels dropped a good amount.
