    looking for fat burner advice...couple options out there.

    trying to find an aid with fat burning and water retension, i see gnc has total lean, or hydroxycut.....any experice with these? gnc is cheaper by far...or maybe other products that you know works well?

    hydroxy cut sucks as of 3 years ago when they got in trouble for containing ephedrine. I would suggest an ECA stack if your gonna go for a stimulant fat burner.

    Agreed...theyve sucked since the hydroxycut harcore...eca is ephedra caffeine and aspirin...which u probably wont find in any stores but online im pretty sure u can find it easily

    ECA is an acronym for ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin

    your welcome , just be careful with the dosing , you may want to dump out part of the capsule and see how you react to it before taking a whole pill . my heart rate would increase dramatically on it. and also make sure you eat before taking it , i would usually have one with breakfast and one after my lunch . your not supposed to take more than 2 pills in one day but that doesnt mean taking 2 at once is a good idea , ive tried it and it will have you feeling like your on something illegal. be cautious. if you end up taking them do a supplement review on them, id like to hear what you think.

    Honestly most OTC fat burners suck and dont work.
