How do I take COQ10? And what's it for?

Hey guys just wondering I bought some coq10 and it says once a day 200mg. Since I'm training how much should I take.

Also omega 3s how much to take when training and keto dieting?

You can take it any time of the day, does not really matter.

Q Enzyme CO10 is supposedly the strongest antioxidant known to humans. It is an enzyme that your body produces at small amounts like many other vitamins and enzymes. This enzyme is generally known to help support heart and blood vessel function, however, it also fights free radicals damaging the healthy cells in human body, thus its longevity aspects go well beyond solely supporting heart and blood vessel function.

I take 400mg softgel a day, GNC brand. Love it, will be on it for the rest of my life.

I don't think that there is any supplement other than Creatine, which creates a negative synergy when combined with caffeine. You are good to go.
