    milk thistle causing diarrhea type bowel movements

    im taking a milk thistle supplement 1000mg daily and i believe its causing a muddy type bowel movement (gross, i know)


    am i taking too much or is this a side effect

    I would use Synthergine for a liver protectant over Milk Thistle.
    If you stay on the Milk Thistle I would cut the dose down to see
    if that helps with the bowel movements.

    cool, im not on any gear or anything like that, so thats why i was on the milk thistle to just take use a natural compound for liver health

    is synthergine a natural supplement?

    i've taken powdered milk thistle, in the amont of 3 or 4 grams a day for years. no issues

    is it safe to take daily for long term? even if your not on gear?

    Never seen that with milk thistle but definitely with milk of magnesia hah

    Actually i have taken MT for a long period of time and finally i got the runs really bad from it. So yes it does cause diarrhea. I stopped after that happened but i use it on occasion to get my liver exzymes to be normal. It doesnt do what i want it to so i am looking for a product that will get me into normal range. Anyways i would suggest to not use it for a long period of time. I used it stright for 6 months and thats when i tooted alot.

    I've been taking the same dose for a while now. no issues.
