    I am going to be starting an ephedrine and caffeine stack to help me burn off the last bit of bf to drop below 10%. I have dropped about 8-9% through diet and training so far (started at 20% according to the scale at my gym and recently measured 10.6% with a caliper I just purchased).

    The stack I'm planning is:
    24mg (3x8mg tabs)
    200mg caffeine

    I'm planning on taking this every morning as one dose. Is this enough to see results? Should it be split into more doses throughout the day?

    You'll need to take that 2-3 times per day. Add a baby aspirin to the mix too if you can.

    Whole thing is only gonna work if everything else is down.

    i dont like stims for long term fatloss, but it looks ok.
    I peronally can't even take 25mg at once time with out feeling like its too much, 8-16mg and I feel ****ed up and wired.
    I would rec splitting up the dose, maybe 16mg then the other 8mg 6 hrs later?

    i would rec a CJC and GHRP combo though :-D love that!

    On workout days take it before,,the Eph and Caffeine will give you some kick.

    Take it after you wake up, due to its apetite supressing properties throughout the day.
    If you train in the afternoon take one more dose before taining, but 6h before bedtime.

    Would be nice if you would do low intensity cardio after the morning dose, and weights after the afternoon dose/ or vice versa.

    16 glasses of water is a bare minimum

    P.s. 25 mg is not a must, take the dose that you feel and that doesnt **** up you blood pressure ( i take fom 12.5mg to 20 mg, and 100 to 200 mg caffeine)
    And about the baby aspirin, take 80mg pre bed.

    So far I've taken 24mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine in the morning since Friday. Other than feeling more alert throughout the day, I feel fine. I have a very high tolerance to things like caffeine though.
    I only workout in the morning, due to my work schedule and took it before leaving the house Friday morning. Depending on how effective it is over the next week, I'm likely adding a second dose in the early afternoon.
