Best Supplements To Take To Bulk Up And Put Up Weight Fast
I'm Trying To Gain Weight Muscle Mass Etc.. Fast wants to know what the best supplements to take and two other questions I'm 19 5'9 130 trying to get to 150-160 ASAP
1.Any Pills or Weight Bars I can take to help me?
2.Any Of these supplement I can replace as a meal replacement because I'm not a big breakfast eater

If you don't have time for a bfast, then there is a quick alternative. Not ideal, but much better than nothing.
Half a cup of raw oats
Two scoops of protein powder
water or milk depending...
anything else you want to add that is in your macros
mix in a blender and chug it down
skip 99% of the crap you see in GNC
focus on taking
Multi vit
protein powder
creatine
fish oil

Yep. Protein, Carbs and Creatine. Those are the staples. I prefer Met-Rx bars for a quality snack or pre workout w/creatine.

I'd have to agree with everyone above for supplement advice. I'd also check out XtremeNo it's been good so far helping me put on some pounds.

ok... i was 18 5'9" 125
went through boot camp and the academy.. after 16 weeks i was 150 28" waist..
all i did was eat 3x per day and 1 lb of beef jerky every day..
no supplements, no steroids , no nadda..
so there ya go..The answer to your every question

i'm bulking now as well....i was advised by a few notable BB'ing friends to supplement with the following to get big:
1) FOOD
2) WHEY PROTEIN
2) CREATINE
3) EFA'S (essential fatty acids - omega 3,6,9 - flax)
4) GLUTAMINE
5) ARGENINE

Food is your best friend. Supps are like a fat chick willing to blow you. You'll take it if thats what you can get but its not preferred.

Agree^^ Food, food, and more food... But make sure its the right food. Unless you want to gain a bunch of fat stick to clean eating and more of it
