Best leagal supplement for growth
I am seeking advice for a good leagal sup to bulk on, i already take creatine and glutimine along with 3400 cal diet. has anybody tried diesolbolin v 2.0, there is so much crap out there i am kind of hesitent to go blow my money on somthing that wone work.

Save your money for food or the real thing , I'm guessing that is a PH? They can still have nasty sides and shut you down. Remember just because its legal doesn't mean it's not going to harm you.

Diesel bolan is rubbish! I tried it about a year ago ad i would not recomend it! I had no real gain after using it for a few months! I would highly recomend sd matrix! Best ph i have tried!

Solid advice,,,quality food and save your money for the real Mccoy if you want results. Creatine and Whey are great OTC supps to use.

CREATINE, hands down. That and whey protein. Everything else is a gimmick.

In mi humble opinion:
Creatine, whey, casein and, if you really want to get big muscles, unfortunately, carbs are essential.. They are muscle sparing and very effective for growth. (And for fat gain to.. Beware! Do little adjustements from week to week)
Eat more!!

Creatine Mono, Whey upon wake up in AM, pre/post workout, Casein before bed.
Some say Creatine right before/after ur workout. My research I found states that Creatine just doesn't get absorbed that fast. It's a slow ongoing process throughout the day.
U do need a Insulin spike for best uptake. So knock it down with some OJ or Grape Juice, etc.

Whey, creatine, multi, fish oil. And have creatine with dextrose carbs.

500 to 1,000 cals/day above tdee
whey protein isolate when needed
multi
fishoil
creatine mono
pretty simple really
