liver supplements
Wanting to get back into a bulking style of training and ill be using a couple things. No hormones but I just wanna play it safe so i'm wondering when should I be taking the liver supplement I'll be using? Morning noon or night or should I take it in conjunction with certain supps?

I run milk thistle 300mg 3x daily, for 900mg a day. I break it up pretty simply. One in the morning with breakfast, one more mid-day, and the last one at night an hour or two before bed...that's just my .02 for whatever that's worth.

I don't use AAS, but I do use Milk Thistle as well as Chlorophyll, which has some benefit to the liver http://www.nutrilligence.com/program...r_health1.html

Milk Thistle is good for you, but absorbs very poorly. If you wanna take milk thistle, take Liver Juice or something like that that will actually get absorbed. If you wanna protect your liver use UDCA or TUDCA.

My favorite is Synthergine stricly because Ive seen proof though blood work numerous times that it works.
I use it daily ON and OFF cycle both.
