    Cutting Supplement

I'll be starting an aggressive cut in about 6 weeks, and am looking into a good cutting supplement. I am trying to stay away from 'drugs' this time around, so clen , T3, ECA, etc. are out of the question. I'm a big fan of Animal Pak as my multi, and was looking into Animal Cuts. I'd like opinions on this, and/or suggestions on other worthwhile cutting supplements, if any.

I'm not a fan of supplements in general.... But caffein has to be worth looking into... Taking it for a week and then taking a week off should keep you responsive to it... I have seen some studies on its fat loss effects....

Just straight caffeine... not as part of a stack (e.g. ECA)? I already add coffee daily to my preworkout meal, and even when I train fasted I still take a caffeine pill.

Gbrice, you say you're trying to stay away from 'chemicals' such as ECA/clen etc, would you be open to supps containing DMAA?

Haven't really researched it, but have heard some positive things. Hoping to find an 'all in one' type supp. though where I don't have to have a shitload of different bottles etc.

    Thyroid Complex 350mg
L-Tyrosine*, Olive Leaf Extract (15% Oleuropein)*, Salvia Officinalis*

    Diuretic Complex 800mg
Dandelion Root (Taraxol, Taraxerol)*, Uva Ursi Leaf (Arbutin, Methyl-Arbutin)*, Hydrangea Root*, Buchu Leaf*, Juniper Berry Fruit*, Celery Seed*

Caffeine pills are a better choice than coffee as a drink. The drink possesses certain chemicals that inhibit the the fat releasing effects of the caffeine itself. Add some strong green tea pills to this and you have a nice combination. The problem with this is that the fat burning effects take ages to take effect. It helps mobilise fat but isn't a thermogenic as such.

Yohimbine HCL I have tried. Stacked it with caffeine pills and an amino called tyrosine. This is the stack recommended by Lyle MacDonald. It definitely works if you use it pre fasted cardio but only if doing a HIIT style. It gave me big jitters if I just did LIC. And made my fingers cold! I timed it wrong once and ended up lifting when it kicked in, BIG pressure headaches! I can't remember the dose calculations but I was using 15mg pre HIIT at a weight of approx 175lbs. I attribute this stack to my lowest bodyfat levels ever. Having said that, Lyle recommends this for stubborn fat when you are already at a lower (10-12) bodyfat.

If you go for Yohimbine HCL I'd start the dose low and work up to your required amount.

ive used animal cuts a couple of times. not really sure of the effectiveness of them as a fat burner but they do seem to suppress appetite and give a little energy boost (so probaly working well as a fat burner). sometimes i use them as a preWO sup when ive been at work early and going to the gym after work. you normally get a slight after taste from them aswel, nothing major but worth mentioning.

    Caffeine pills, yohimbe and l-carnitine.
All together, believe me, with the right training and proper nutrition you will be a fat burning furnace.
