Help on supplements for gaining mass
Ve visited nutrition and fitness forums and i have some last questions here. Here are my stats and goes:
178-182 lbs
15-18% bf
5'10
26 years old.
About 5 months ago i ended pct of a cycle of 450mg test a week. Gained well. Kept most and now still gaining slightly And slower of course.
So my goals are to get to about 200-210. But cut down bf till im about 190. So basically i dont care if i gain clean and lean or not. My diet is good. Training good. Just dont know what is must for supplements. Im doing this naturally keep in mind. Only supps i take are as followz:
Multi vit
B-100 complex
Vit c
Uniliver pills
Isolate protein powder
So what supps should i add? I dont take a prework out either. Once in while ill take my buddys "swollen" pills. It has no caffine.
Thanks in advance.

Inmy opinion, creatine monohydrate and heavy amounts of protien. Try getting the protien from whole foods as much as possible and use the powders to supplement. I would stay away from the mass gainers. You can make your own, whuch is what I do before bed. Quick recipe for what I do:
1 scoop whey isolate
1 scoop casien
-56grams total
Add a tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup raw oats
1 Tablespoon of oil oil
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2-1 cup water
Blend all together until silky smooth and enjoy.

Creatine & Beta Alanine is a nice strength stack. Helped me bust through a lot of plateaus.
I wouldn't waste my money on a preworkout. You're much better off spending that money on cheap caffeine pills & you will get the same effect.
As for postworkout nutrition, nothing will put on the pounds like gummi bears & BCAAs. I know people say BCAA's are a waste of money but they do get into the bloodstream faster than protein. Besides, i much rather drink something fruity post workout than a protein shake lol

FOOD is your best friend when gaining mass. Whey isolate shakes are a good staple for your diet too.
