Is the percentage of the macronutrient right on supplement label? e.g. Weightgainer
Hi guys,
I know that if I mix in a sheker 40 grams of proteins and 60 grams of carbs let's say: maltodextrin. I will have 40 g of proteins and 60 g of carbs on my shaker. easy...
But when I buy a weight gainer that states exactly the same amount of prot (40g) and 60 grams of carb for serving. How do I know that is right? I mean they mix all the stuff in a huge machine...how can I be sure that in my 4kg bag of weighgainer I have exactly 40 g of protein and 60 grams of carb for serving? maybe in some bags there would be 80 g of carbs and only 20 of protein, and in others the opposite I mean it's a mix...
Is anyone able to explain me how this mixing process work? is accurate?
Many thanks
