    Fiber pills and flax seed oil pills? I cant go to the bathroom....help lol

    Is there any pills that are fiber I can take that will help to go to the bathroom. I take a probiotic daily, just havent been able to go.


    So I was thinking flax seed oil and some sort of fiber pill daily will help.

    yes you can get fiber pills. you're probably not drinking enough water daily.

    No its due to the super low calorie and food intake.....I am drinking a ton of water.....

    Yes, and will help with lipid management as well. I target 6g minimum daily.

    Hopefully he has all his sups in order. So much more than pinning some gear to maintain proper health on cycle.

    That's pretty good. Keep an eye on BP and lipid metabolism on cycle. You don't have much in the way of managing it and hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia are silent killers. Fiber will help but supps such as Resveratrol and Cholestoff Plus, CoQ10 are beneficial for lipid management. Krill oil is a far better omega than fish oil.

    Really, never heard of Krill Oil. Any sort of burps on it? Im def picking up some fiber pills....

    Agree here! And OP, you should easily be getting enough fiber in your diet, especially with this lifestyle. If you arent eating a lot of green, leafy veggies, shame shame. Get some shredded wheat cereal or fiber one. Eat 2 servings at in time. If you don't blow the toilet out the next day, go see a doctor.
