    Tbooster queries

Hi guys I'm new to the forum I'm 21 and have been lifting weights for about 6 years in total.. 2 of these years which were spent as most new starts with incorrect form and poor training and nutrition plans. My goals are big and from research I have concluded I am far too young to consider steroids but this means I can spend the next few years gathering and learning as much information on steroids as I can as when I am older I would like to experience the gains steroids can bring. However I have some questions regarding t boosters? Get diesel test hardcore to be precise. This supplement has been gathering dust in my house for around 2 years I was wondering do any users have experience with it? Or is it pointless as my natural testosterone levels are pretty much peaking right now and interference with them would be a bad thing? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello welcome. If you want you can take that sup it won’t hurt you. T-boosters overall are a 100% waste of time and money. The doses in there could not effect a small child. It is just good marketing, that’s why a bunch of unknowing people buy them. It is really a shame companies are allowed to rip people off so much. But sometimes a good placebo is all some people need. Good luck.

Would be better getting some of the more proven supplements like creatine, just eat right and train hard.

That's the thing I'm already on a good nutrition plan and supplementing mutant mass along with microgenised creatine mono for cell volume, a good multivitamin and using a mix of da craze and superpump for pre workout. I was just wondering would I see ANY benefits from the t booster. Would they even help to break plateaus if taken in high doses for eg 6-8 tabs per day?

At your age I doubt so, as drake has stated they are mostly over advertised wrong or else wouldn't we all be on some super herbal/mineral pill and gaining lots of lbs?

If you did hit a stop in gains I would go back and redefine the nutrition and perhaps have a second look at your workout program and rest intervals (not always more is better).

Fair point the marketing did play a big part in my initial purchase of the product with numerous sponsored cycles online but I guess these guys weren't going to say the product didn't do s**t lol. Ill take your advice I'm currently trying to eat 800-1000 over maintenance per day at the minute but this isn't always easy with set breaks at work. Thanks for the advice!

ye am kinda in the same boat have a busy office job, fortunately no set breaks like you but still struggling to get the job done and chugging down oats/tuna/whey/almonds in my between meals.

Look into this thread Austinite's Amino Acids, Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs and more. You'll find some very useful info regarding supplements there.

I wouldnt do anything right now at your age but train,,diet,,,and get some solid sleep.
If your ever in doubt have your natural levels tested. Its easy and cheap these days/
At 21 yours is probably still in high gear.

From my experience testosterone boosters are a waste of time (at least for me). I tried ZMA, Tribulus, Horny Goat Weed...

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't be recommending it to you. Try it out, you will be pleased!
