And that's the last time ill use a pre-workout
Used a pre-workout supplement and have had really bad side effects like never before. I was out of breath during training and found it difficult to complete my session because of the dizziness. I've been shaking, headache, sweating, bad stomach and feel unwell and am only now able to eat after 6 hours since the gym. That has put me of them altogether. Thought i was going to have a heart attack, felt like i was going to pass out the whole time and the palpatations were horrible

HMmm. Yeah, no label info. I wouldn't trust anyone that doesn't list products.

That's what im looking at now...don't know whether to use a few diazepam from a old script to settle me down a little

Yea. That's a scary feeling. 1 mg of diazepam might calm you down. I'm sure you're drinking lots of water. It's only been an hour since you first posted. These sides may stay with you for a few hours. You'll be ok. Good luck.

Its stories like these that make me happy I switched to making my own pre-workout.
Seeing "proprietary blend" on a pre workout can mean just about anything... you know the shit in there can't be good for the old body.

Cup of coffee pre work out works well for me! That what I do 90% of the time. Although someone gave me a tub of craze. I do 3/4 scoop on a full stomach and its intense!

I wonder what kelkel would look like after 5 grams of arginine. Hmmm.... I bet his veins would develop their own veins.
