Methylcobalamin either oral drop/sublingual or injectable.

I don't use any of those supplements listed. Multivitamins arent worth it in my opinion. Creatine is good. Fish oils are great if you take them with vitamin E, otherwise a waste.

If you're talking about micronutrients, then just visit the supplement thread that I have and take your pick.

Yes, every multii is a waste. That one you posted has 100mcg of the inferior cyanocobalamin. You need 50 times that amount in Methyl, daily.

Milk Thistle has a lot of good reviews. Worthless compound.

Multi vitamins are worthless. I've done enough research for decades. There isn't one that will bring you to optimum levels. No such thing exists anywhere on earth.

You should make one austinite and sell it. I know it would be the size of a hockey puck but it would be nice to get all the essentials in one purchase.

Hmm, this is very interesting. Are you saying that all Multivitamins contain to little of each to effectful? If so, is there any science around "overdosing" on vitamins that shows it will help the body?

    Thanks
