I gained fat from muscle milk. I personally like Monster Milk better. It has less fat and more protein, and tastes great.

Too expensive for me and IMO not worth the money.

Rather spend my money on eggs, meats, fruits, and veggies.

If you want to gain weight just increase calories.
Your goal however should not be to increase weight it should instead be to increase lean muscle mass.

I make my own protein shakes. I use liquid egg whites in a carton, PB, oats and fruit. Blend and enjoy! This way you can control your macro intake more accurately, plus NO crappy fillers!!

Probably the most vile creation ever, next to Russian Bear 5000. Should never be associated with any sort of training.

Yes I would like to gain lean muscle, but I always thought one had to gain mass first for strength and then start the muscle building process.

That's a big negative ghost rider.

Some people like to bulk/cut, that is probably what you are taking about.

I personally don't, IMO there's no point to it. I prefer to stay lean.

The body can only build so much muscle, any extra calories you take in will only go into fat storage.

That is why calories are critically important.
