    Animal Test & Animal Cuts

Looking at starting to take Animal Test and Animal Cuts. Im currently 5'9 178lbs and around 18% body fat i believe (haven't checked in awhile). Im looking to do this while i continue my research and such on AAS. Im looking to drop the fat and put on some lean muscle. I dont want to be overly bulky, just looking to get cut. Im currently on a high protein diet where i eat alot of lean meat like chicken and steak. I take no other supplements other than my protein shake. So do you guys think that the test and cuts would be a good place to start. Thanks!

First off those blended supplements, along with most other blends are pretty damn expensive IMO.

If I were you I would keep it simple:
    - 500cal restriction
    - Creatine monohydrate
    - Protein powder to help reach macro amount
    - Omegas
    - And maybe some individual aminos if you want

If you need energy boost drink coffee.

Any other micros or phytonutrients you can get from diet selection.

There isn't a diet on earth, or any human being capable of eating enough food (and staying healthy) where you'd reach optimum levels in certain areas. Food can keep you healthy, but it will never take you to the next level.

That being said... Nothing wrong with either method.

OP, everything AnimalPak is a waste of money and mostly garbage.

When I look at everything thats in Animal Pak the 1st thig I ask myself is WHY?
MANY time proven USELESS products and other things in such small amounts it
couldnt have an effect even if it did work.
