    best source of powder protein

    So there is several sources of powder form protein out there such as whey, whey isolate, beff, egg white, casein ect. Which one would be the best to go with.

    each of the sources you mention represent protein with different burn times. in my first post, I was thinking you were only talking about powder. The BEST source of protein would come from whole foods (muscle meat, eggs(whites) that sort of thing.

    You use protein powder to finish off your macros for the day

    Nothing wrong with a straight 80% WPC. No need to overthink and pay the supplement companies any more than they try and con you out of anyway.

    ...and here I am with a whole trunk load of protein powder in the back of my car trying to off it at the local highschool =)
