I do a ton of weight cuts for professional armwrestling. One of the most important aspects is the re-hydration part!

I've stumbled across multiple sites that recommended this product for after after my weigh-ins: Basically stating 1/2 scoop per 1 liter of water every hour (for as long as I'm awake.)

But as I was checking out that product, i noticed another which seemed to be better for my situation.

From comparing the two, they seem similar in a lot of the nutrition facts. I know one is geared more towards pre-workout, and the other for post-workout.
I was hoping someone might shed some light to help me choose. I know the sites I've seen recommended the "surge workout fuel", but to me the "Surge recovery" would be better suited for me since by body is depleted of a lot of things.
