Got Some Free Supps. So what's good and what isn't?
I looked all this stuff up on WEBMD. it's where i go for most general look ups.
Any of this good. it was all free. what's useful on a cycle. seems like it's all good chit

All practically useless tbh, CLA may have some positive body composition effects. 5HTP may help with sleep, B6 may help with energy and C may help if you aren't getting enough sunlight.
Doubt you'll see much from any of them. Let us know if you do.

I agree with Khazima the same being said for most supplements.

nice, i was starting to think the same thing and then i got some of this shit. free is free though. think there is any harm in taking it. i've looked it all up

No harm at all, they're all safe within the recommended dosages and there's no counteractions as far as i know (not a great deal about each individual supplement tbh). If anything you may see some benefit, but if you do i wouldn't get the whole stack to keep going with it, i'd find what you actually got the benefit from and stick with that.
