Supps worth taking
My diet is good, i asked a few guys and even 2 personal trainers and they said it is ok. Also my training is in cheek so what should I take? I am not old enough for gear and i still want fast results as everyone. Is there anything worth taking for bulking and also cutting? (I'm cutting now but I want to plan my supp stack). I can't get SARMs ...only things I cn get are tamoxifen , clen and some other fat loss drugs with hunger suppression (but I don't really need them).

@ 18 if you cant cut or bulk without having to touch gear it just shows you dont have the discipline to bodybuild IMO

Now please explain me why your answer is useful? I said I am not going to use gear yet despite TRT bla bla is bullshit. I know a lot of guys who cycled without PCT without having a fking beard and they are just fine looking good and getting married while they gave up bodybuilding. On the other hand I don't hump any pillow cause I used to do it at 12... I don't know about you guys but the crazy sex drive and random bonners stopped at 14... I hardly even get aroused but whatever... And I didn't mention anywhere that I cannot bulk or cut. If I want I can gain 3-4kgs in one month and drop the same amount of weight, the problem is that whenever I do either of them I gain lots of fat/drop lots of muscle despite my calories are in cheek and I eat lots of protein and quiet low carbs

You obviously heard of bulking a cutting ? Bulk for a year then cut for 15 weeks ( doesn't have to be a year but personally I found it helped with discipline , getting used to a routine etc)

The lifestyle is not a sprint it is a marathon as a wise man once said if you don't plan on stopping training anytime soon the results will come with time and they'll be more permanent with less negative side effects if you stay natural for the time being.. Only time alot of the older guys in their 50's that aren't on TRT can really make great gains is when they're on-cycle but you're capable of looking just as good as them while they're on-cycle when you're natural because your naturally high testosterone levels all year round while they're fairly low T and only make majority of their gains with time-on... You should shift all the attention you're wasting on worrying about what to take and look at the diet and training section which will be 10x more beneficial to your lifting career (as i call it) than learning about drugs at this age..
