You will find an article like this about virtually any of the nutrition related shit you have ever read. Especially things that are being pumped out from government funded organizations. Example, fats are bad.
Best advice. Make your supplement and nutrition info based on current science. Not your doctor or any medical related field. Standards of care, just like are dietary guidelines are literally a decade or two behind where they should be
