    Best carb supplement for post-workout shake?

    Right now I'm bulking and before I eat my post workout meal I slam a shake post workout.
    I'm wondering what is the best carb(s) to add into the shake. Right now I use waxy maize, whey, cricket protein, BCAA, beta-alinine, and maximum vibrance. I'm wondering if using dextrose or another carb powder has more benefit in the post workout shake than waxy maize.

    Just use real food. Fruit for example.

    I eat real food as well. I'm asking which is the best carb powder for shakes as I slam one immediately after working out and then eat my meal.

    I get Brown and white rice and grind in a coffee grinder. I use this rice powder in my post shakes.

    Carb powders all suck the same. I would eat gummy bears before I use a carb powder. You could eat fruit right after your workout and it would be more beneficial.

    What Windex said. Fruit. A serving that supplies about 30g carb is a great place to start.
