Anyone supplementing vitamn a here?
I take 2 drops aka 3440mcg almost every day. Is it ok?

Almost everyday? It's always best to be consistent with dosages regardless of what you take.
As for Vitamin, A, the dose you're on is fine. Just keep it under 7500 mcg daily or back off if you get headaches or blurry vision. Usually those issues happen over 10,000 mcg a day but everyone is different. I only take the supplement once a week at the max dose (7500 mcg), very easy to get A from food.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Studies show unless you have an actual vitamin deficiency that's it's a waste. I take em anyways. They're cheap enough, why not

ADEK = Fat soluble, so they build up and can be toxic.
