    Recommendations on "Staple" Supplements for General Bodybuilding?

    Been out of the loop for a few years. I know most supplements (outside steroids themselves) are trash. I was wondering if there are any supplements out there within reasonable price range that seem worthwhile these days to the point where you'd consider them a "staple" for bodybuilders?

    Currently, my only supplements are:
    1) Multi-vitamin
    2) Flax oil
    3) Clen (cutting up obviously)
    4) Taurine (just for the clen)

    That's it. Back in the day when I hit it hard, I did cycles here and there, but other than that, ZMA is the only thing I can think of, and never really noticed any difference taking it back then. Wondering if there's anything nowadays any of you strongly suggest?

    Creatine is cheap these days and worth a try. Also, Glutamine is the same price, a 5g scoop with your protein drink might help.

    Or maybe the SARM MK677 all year round ��

    I never thought of Clen as a supplement, lol, but I suppose it is.

    As for my regular daily stuff.... not much actually.

    Vit D
    Creatine and Beta Alanine in my protein shake pre-workout.
    I'll throw in NAC if I'm running orals.

    Carnitine daily when I'm on cycle.

    I've tried everything, but this is all I take regularly.

    Thanks for the feedback guys. I do have creatine in my weight gainer. Forgot about that. I'll check those other ones out as well though. I mean at this point, I'm literally just getting back into it, so I don't feel I need much. Just figuring as I eventually hit it harder later on, maybe do a cycle or two again, wanted to see what those keeping up with things are up to these days

    Daily Cialis can be beneficial if your BP runs a bit high. I take it daily just because I like my systolic at 105-110 instead of 118-125. I take Sundays off though. Nothing worse than sportin an NRB (no-reason-boner) in a pair of slacks and right in the middle of church and not being able to do a thing about it except try to get your wife to stand in front of you while you attempt to get a quick swipe above the belt. But then if you miss it and somebody sees your tent pole that is now touching your wife's ass...then you've got a whole different set of problems. But I digress...

    I take NAC daily despite being on orals or not. Vitamin d and fish oil daily, and topamax (if I'm dieting). If I remember I do some magnesium supplements at night.

    My girl standing in front of me does NOT help that situation. Makes it worse
