when is the best time to take these supps??
would glutamine be best used after a workout or before ? i throw it in my protein shake after the workout, but should i be using it any other time also ?? and i have an l-agginine / ornithine sup that i have been wanting to start also. when should i be taking it, before or after the workout ? and how many mgs??

Glutamine should be taken on an empty stomach so it is best taken in the morning or right before bed.
