Ratio of muscle/fat burned w/High intensity cardio?
I know this all depends on the person, but I was wondering roughly how much muscle/fat is used when doing higher intensity (8:00 mile pace). I was thinking about sacrificing the muscle for a few weeks to drop the stubborn fat I have left to get my bf to 6% or as low as possible (currently 8-9%). Any idea bros????

What does your current cardio look like and how many times do you do it per week?

No sense in burning extra lean mass tissue in an attempt to shed more fat.
Reason being, there is NO guarantee the more intense work, longer work, etc. is going to strip fat.
Slow and steady wins the race. Muscle is your metabolism, don't F that up.
