Want to lower BF%
can anyone give me a good way to lower BF% besides dieting, i am currently finishing a SD cycle, on PCT, and am lookin for a way to lower my overall BF%, i was on a diet to support muscle growth, 5 meal a day, 200gs protein n carbs, 60 fat about 2500 calories a day, steadily moderated, but as i GREW, i gained sum fat, tsk tsk, startinga cardio regiment 2mrw, or today by the time u read this
morning cardio empty stomach:
10min walk incline
10min job incline
sprint whatevr i can manage
3min jog
2min walk
bike ride 10 min at top resistance i can manage
how would runnin or walkin after a workout go??? any suggestions? hint??

Just do 45 min. treadmill, 6 days a week. at 65%MHR.
Combine with a good cutting diet, and its hard to beat for fat loss.
Also, there are fat burners, like ECA stacks, MAN Scorch.
Or appetite suppressents, such as Hoodia.

no i mean i got the diet down, just need advice on how workout routines!!!

but like i said, i looked up the daily intake of all my foods durin that cycle, n got 2500+ calories, but with all the protein, carbs, n fats i needed...but still gained weight even tho i stayed away from fast food, n shit like that
but then again, i have been hangin out with this wild ass girl who drags me to bars n shit...her fault maybe??? should i punch her in the back of the head next time i hit it?? yes...good i dea fellas..
my pct is goin good, should i add clen /? i have a bottle of it i havnt touched, or maybe go get sum hydroxy, sum shit?? thats what im askin advice on, n with clen....i get A HUGE INCREASE ON HEART RATE, last time on the pills, i was runnin on tread, n the HR monitor showed NTRCMD.....which was not recomended........lol

Gonna be tough to cut and not lose the gains from SD, IMO. In my opinion SD is a shitty choice for a bulk (or anything else for that matter). You might have added a few pounds but I would attribute that to water. I know people say that you don't gain water weight with SD but I say B.S.!
If u gonna cut, u going to have to sacrifice some weight/gains. Knowing that, SD is a bad choice for a bulk.

well, if you are gaining fat on 2500cals a day, then you will have to eat nxt to nothing to lose fat lol. diet and cardio is the most effective way of losing fat, without question. like has been mentioned, there are some supplements that would help, but ultimately, without the basics you are wasting your time

you know, i may be wrong on the calorie count, im just goin by what im readin on the ****in boxes anyways, per serving shit....anyhow, my weight jumps around, i was 158, now am 168, sumtims 166, my weight i wanna increase, but BF% obviously wanna decrease. at 17.4 %

Go on a clean bulk....look at the diets...
Just take in more cals than needed, but make them good, ie. protein and complex carbs...efa's.
That will get you weighing more. Then you can do a cutting diet...and shed that remaining fat...
Its eaiser to cut after a bulk than to cut right off.

there is no short cut to this, calorie reduction, cardio, proper diet, along with proper supplementation, ECA stack, or clen , or t3 or all of the above.

hoodia licks donkey nuts....clen is the only thing i would trust, LIQUID, n ya, i agree, my resting HR is about urs and its actually gets SKY HIGH sumtimes....so i actually sprint less these days! a freeakin car wash has me drenched in sweat, altho i do live in ARIZONA haha, thx SCOOTY, (GET DOOOOOWN) here bud, this is for u!
