Works like a charm bro.... been on SGX since January and i'm getting to be a lean mofo.. Hop on the SGX train and you'll see your abs in no time.. I never did until i got on the program.. Just remmeber you can't half ass, you put in half ass workouts and cardio you'll get half assed results.. Do what he tells you to..You need anymore info pm me... Highly regarded person as well as programs..

How can before/after shots be "current" or "not-current". They are the results of a client who ran a program. Current/not-current doesn't even apply contextually here........makes no sense.

If you are referring to updated pics/added pics:

We update the board as pics come in w/release forms. Usually we put 5 at a time. The site is also being re-vamped as well, so there will be some new features implemented.
