Are you doing this same stuff over and over?

Try doing different exercises for the same muscule.

Lower reps and higher weights. If you don't have a training partner, try to find one, he can help push you to the next level of intensity.

Not having the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is not always a sign that you aren't training intensely enough....after working out for a while your body is conditioned to working out. If you are pushing yourself and you are making strength gains, you should also be making size gains. Don't worry about it, but just work hard and the gains will come.

how many days a week do you train now?

are you finding its easy to get through your workout

your getting all your reps completing all your sets?

do you find your self doing extra exercises to get that pump or burn?

harder, longer, more intense. sometimes my soreness doesn't set in til 2 days after the workout now. it's weird but i guess it's better than not being sore at all.

I asked a similar ? like this a few months ago, and yes, I get to where I don't get sore I don't care how hard I work out. Don't sweat it, alot guys do that. I train almost 6 days a week, and after a solid month of training hard, I barely get sore, but there is alittle stiffness there still to remind me that I worked out the day before. Just keep pushing yourself and don't worry about the soreness.

try slowing your reps down. try to actually "feel" the mucle contracting, and squeeze the shit out of it when it's fully flexed - get that blood flowing in there. i usually do my workout, then do a few extra light sets at the end and really squeeze, going slow on each rep. gets a good pump and gets me sore the next day.
