everything is growing but my chest is not
ive been working out so hard but my chest is not growing for some reason. everything got bigger, my back arms everything got bigger but my chest. what could be the reason of this?

WORKING OUT HARD =OVERTRAINING??
stick to basic compound movements
do like 3sets of bench 6-8reps
incline bench 6-8reps
db flys or incline db flys 6-8 reps
u probably overtraing chest?

what are you currently doing for chest(exercises)
how many days a week?

When your doing your chest routine can you feel the muscles working in your chest? If not its probably your form...have someone who's experienced check it out for you.

right now im doing
3 sets of dumbell press 6-8 reps
4 sets of incline dumbell 6-8 reps
2 sets of incline on machine 6-8 reps
3 sets of decline on machine 6-8 reps
3 sets of cable cross 6-8 sets

does your chest get sore when u do it.

stick w/ basic movement
flat bench bar bell 4 sets 6-8 reps
inc bench either dumb or bar bell 4 sets 10-8-6-6
3 sets of decline on machine 6-8 reps <--never liked decline but add another set in there
drop the cable cross do peck deck or weighted dips
w/ the 6-8 reps add more weight on the 3rd and 4th set rep six
you should just barly be getting it or getting some help from a spotter they you know your going heavy enough
