need a good workout
wonder if someone can help me out, im currently using Gorwth Factor-1,
and i need a good bulk/muscle work out
this is the one im doing now, ive been doing it for about 3-3 1/2 months and ive gotten bigger, but not as big as i would like:
Chest & Back:
Bench Press: 3 sets 4-8 reps
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets 4-12 reps
Lat Pull downs. 3 sets of 4-12 reps
Cable Rows: 3 sets of 4-12 reps
Shoulders & legs.
Hack Squats: 3 sets of 15-6 reps
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12-8 reps
Leg extensions: 3 sets of 12-8 reps
Military Press: 5 sets of 12-8 reps
Shoulder Shrugs : 2 sets
Calf Raises : 3 sets 20-10 reps
Arms
Preacher Bench curls : 3 sets 15-8 reps
Straight bar curls: 3 sets all break downs.
Concentration curls: 2 sets of double-break-downs.
Lying French presses: 3 set 8-15 reps.
Triceps pushdowns: 2 sets 15-6 reps
Triceps kickbacks: 3 sets 10-12 reps
