Usually I lift four days a week pairing chest with tri's, back with bi's, and then shoulders and legs separately. I'm getting ready to start a cycle within the next couple weeks(sust/deca 500/400mg/week), and I was thinking about doing one muscle each day for six days, so I could hit each muscle very hard. How does this split look?
Monday shoulders
Tuesday back
Wednesday chest
Thursday bi's
Friday tri's
Saturday legs
My present split feels really good as I feel like I get a alot of rest with it, but I'd like to maximize my cycle gains. Do you guys think I'd overtrain any of my muscles with this setup while on AS?
