Juiced Training
I know this sounds kinda like a dumb quetion but i am about to start my first cycle soon and i was wondering if i should alter my workout any. Yes i already have a good sound diet and a very strict workout routien, bu tmy concern was if i should up the sets i do or up the reps or even do less reps and try and use heavier weights. Thanx for any replys.

If your not working everyday of the weekdays, you could try something like that.
One muscle group a day, for 5 days Mon - Fri, Sat/Sun off.

i do 5 days when on. 3-4 when off.
i either do a 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off...
or a 4 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off.
hope u can understand that..cuz i can't.
