<question>what can you do when one pec is getting bigger than the other?
I am a pretty new to this forum, hopefully the knowledged ones can give me some good advice. I am 26, 6' currently weight 155lbs, been working out on and off but been serious in the past 2 month and I have some really good gained by eating right and workout hard with plenty of rest. However I discovered dispite of my growth my left pec is bigger (not a huge amount but noticable) than the left. here is what i do for chest:
cable cross over
flat bench (smith and dumbell)
incline flat bench (smith and dumbell)
chin ups
any suggestion how to fix this? I don't want to end up looking unbalanced.
Help !!!!

Use d-bells and get out of being "locked" into a bar. The side that is bigger will always take over for the smaller side, and it will never catch up.

Yea whenever your experiencing a lack of symmetry, you almost want to work the less-developed area out harder, but what you wanna do is focus on good form and dont use anything that doesnt isolate each one seperately like Swole is sayin... use cables, D-bells..anything that doesnt let you use both pecs at the same time, practice good form. you'll be good in no time

I'm really not a big believer in the smith machine. I'm not going to say don't do it because there are people much bigger than me that believe in it..and that's fine i do it on occasion...but just work dumbells and cables. Swole is right listen to him he knows a whole lot more than anyone here.

I have from the same problem I use D/B and bar, as swoll said you have to be on the ball with form, could lead to injury..
