OK, this is a question for a friend. She is 5'11" 20 years old and she has bad joint pain. Apparently the doctor told her that this is due to a growth spurt she had in 9th grade when her bones grew really fast. Anyway, she doesn't go to the gym because she's lucky and blessed with a good body without having to work for it. What can she do to help relieve the pain, (excercises, diet, anything else?).
