    this split ok?

    is this split good while i'm on steroids or do i need to cut down 1 rest day?

    day 1: chest
    day 2: legs/cav's
    day 3: rest
    day 4: shoulders/traps
    day 5: arms
    day 6: rest
    day 7: back

    Here's how I would set up your current split:
    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Legs/Cavs
    Day 3: Back
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Shoulders/Traps
    Day 6: Arms
    Day 7: Rest
    I prefer to make from large to smaller muscle groups. You could take out a rest day and split up the leg workout into quads and hamstrings/calves. If you have good leg development, it wouldn't be necessary but if legs are a weak point, I would highly recommend it. Good luck!
