Try negative reps. Get a straight bar and put medium weight and have somone help you get the weight up and concentrate on letting the weight down slowly. Try a 10 sec. count or more if you can. That should give you a good burn.

if leaning backward you are working shoulders--try leaning forward
also when not getting a pump it could be over training

try 4 sets of 12reps hammercurls, they did the job with me
be careful though to hold your elbow still, otherwise it will miss its effect

could be two things bad form and your not hitting bi's very good, or if your too low on carbs or sodium gets hard to get nice pump.

Considering your form is correct try implementing some supersets or burnout sets into your routine.
What always kills me is using a straight bar with medium heavy weight do 6-8 low reps (arms fully extended and curling up half way), 6-8 high reps(starting half way curling all the way up), then 6-8 full reps (complete curls) do this all in one set without stopping. It helps to have a partner as you will need help with the last few reps.

triceps
I usually get a big bicep pump if I do triceps just before doing biceps. Also, concentration curls with the EZ bar does it for me too.

same problem i had bro. what i found was that when i brought a weight up, either db or bb, what was happening was that my wrist would be coming up toward my hand. i dunno how to explain it try hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing up, and then try touch the forearm using your fingertips you feel it work the forarm. i drastically reduced the weight and kept the wrist still alll the way - no pain/forearm pump anymore also, try straps, they really help keep form

You ever try doing dumbell curls on an incline bench i get a super crazy burn its not funny heres my routine if you want to see
Standing dumbell curls 4 sets of 10
incline dumbell curls 4 sets of 10
crambered bar close grip curls 4 sets of 10
and sometimes i do concentration curls depends on the day but try incline bench curls i get sick pumps from them... i also do my tri's before my bi's you should try that too
